Klungkung One Data Forum

Klungkung - BPS Klungkung Regency attended the Klungkung Regency Regional One Data Forum event facilitated by the Klungkung Regency One Data Secretariat on Tuesday (12/27). This activity raised the topic of discussion regarding the selection of data lists and minutes for agreement on data lists.

The Regional One Data Forum is a forum organized by the Regional One Data Secretariat. The Secretariat consists of the Head, Secretary, and Staff. This Secretariat is tasked with carrying out Data Planning, Data Collection, Data Checking, and Data Dissemination. The One Regional Data Forum consists of the Klungkung Regency BPS as Data Trustees, the Klungkung Regency Communication and Information Service (Diskominfo) as Data Guardians, and the Secretaries of each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) as Supporting Data Guardians.

BPS Klungkung Regency as one of the speakers conveyed the focus and importance of the implementation of One Data Indonesia (SDI), the level of readiness of regional level SDI forums, and the compilation of regional level data lists. Another resource person, namely Diskominfo, focused on the relationship between the implementation of One Data and the role of the Data Trustee and the legal basis that covers it.

This forum was also attended by the Planning, Research and Development Agency (Baperlitbangda) as well as representatives from each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in Klungkung Regency. In accordance with the Regional Regulation No. 11 of 2022 concerning One Regional Data for Klungkung Regency, this OPD Representative is the secretary for each regional apparatus who has been appointed as the guardian of supporting data. The event was closed with an agreement to produce one regional data event report.
