Bali Province Tourism Development April 2024

There were 503,194 foreign tourists who came directly to Bali Province in April 2024, an increase of 7.24 percent compared to the previous month when there were 469,227 visits. Tourists from Australia dominate foreign tourist arrivals to Bali in April 2024 with a share of 23.35 percent.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in April 2024 was recorded at 57.69 percent, an increase of 4.98 points compared to March 2024 which was recorded at 52.71 percent. When compared with April 2023 (y-on-y) which reached 44.31 percent, the room occupancy rate in April 2024 was recorded to have increased by 13.38 points. Meanwhile, the ROR for non-star hotels was recorded at 44.05 percent, an increase of 5.61 points compared to March 2024 which was recorded at 38.44 percent.

The average length of stay for foreign and domestic guests at star-rated hotels in Bali in April 2024 was recorded at 2.76 days, down 0.11 points compared to the achievement in March 2024 (m-to-m) which was recorded at 2.87 days. When compared with the achievement in April 2023 (y-on-y) which was recorded at 2.55 days, the average length of stay in April 2024 increased by 0.21 points. Meanwhile, for non-star hotels, the average length of stay in April 2024 was recorded at 2.51 days, down 0.15 points compared to the average length of stay in March 2024 which was recorded at 2.66 days.
