Phase II Assessment of the 2023 Regional Development Award (PPD)

On Wednesday, 15 March 2023, BPS Klungkung Regency had the opportunity to collaborate in the Phase II assessment of the Regional Development Award (PPD) of the Ministry of National Development Planning (PPN) and the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) of the Republic of Indonesia. BPS Klungkung Regency supports the Regional Government of Klungkung Regency by providing insight into Klungkung Regency macro data.

The event was attended by the Regent of Klungkung, I Nyoman Suwirta accompanied by the Chairperson of the Klungkung Regency PKK Implementation Team, Ny. Ayu Suwirta, Regional Secretary of Klungkung Regency, I Gede Putu Winastra, Head of Klungkung Research and Development Agency, Anak Agung Gede Lesmana and Head of Klungkung Regency BPS, Ni Putu Minarni S.

In the PPD Stage II assessment, Regent Suwirta explained the macro data for Klungkung Regency, the efforts made by the local government in developing areas in Klungkung Regency, especially Nusa Penida, and the local government's efforts to eradicate extreme poverty. The Head of BPS for Klungkung Regency, Ni Putu Minarni S. also had the opportunity to explain about Klungkung Regency HDI data in the last 5 years and regarding the ongoing Socio-Economic Registration (Regsosek) activities.

Hopefully this activity will further strengthen the collaboration between BPS Klungkung Regency and the Regional Government of Klungkung Regency.
